Exchange Guidelines:
- 48 hours Window: You may request an exchange for any item within 48 hours days of delivery.
- Pristine Condition: To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all luxury tags intact.
- One-Time Exchange: We offer one complimentary exchange per order to ensure you find your perfect silhouette.
How to Initiate an Exchange:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our concierge team via WhatsApp or Email with your Order ID and the new size/style you require or you can also use our order page in your account page.
- Quality Check: Once we receive your original piece, our team will perform a quick quality inspection.
- Dispatch: Your new selected item will be dispatched within 48 hours of approval, bringing that touch of magic back to your wardrobe.
Important Notes:
- Non-Exchangeable Items: Custom-tailored pieces and items purchased during “Final Sale” events are not eligible for exchange.
- Logistics: Please ensure the parcel is securely packed. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your garment reaches us safely.
